Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Must have strong experience of working on SAP
  • Manage Employee self-service portal, and its various components
  • Constant monitoring of existing work flows, and work closely with the technical team to enhance the user experience bases feedback
  • Identify area of improvement in the current work flow and provide solutions
  • Must be in position to identify and automate manual processes
  • Strong working knowledge of Employee Benefits / Welfare (GTI, GPAP, Gratuity, GMC & ESIC)
  • Should have exposure to vendor management and cost-effective renewals of contracts
  • Handling internal and external audits with compliance
  • Managing employee relations
  • Manage confirmation process for employees
  • Handling Payroll, Periodic MIS, FLC Data maintenance
  • Standardization of Employee Communications

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Any Graduate with MBA (HR)
  • Strong understanding of statutory laws & compliances
  • In-depth knowledge of general HR policies & procedures & relevant local regulations
  • Strong interpersonal & organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced) & PowerPoint
  • Power BI experience is desirable
  • Qualification: MBA/ PGDM
  • Experience: 8-10 Years
