Job Description
Principal Responsibilities:
- Responsible for designing overall marketing & communication strategy for brands
- Formulating short-term & long-term strategies for brands
- Achieve therapy area dominance by identifying market opportunities for growth & value creation
- Conceptualization & creation of deliverables to aid brand promotion
- Sales & market data analysis, core customer feedback & competitor analysis to aid decision making
- Assisting in making annual marketing plans & promotional activities for the SBU
- Designing communication for field force to keep them enthused about brand promotions
- Conducting quarterly briefings, product launches & product strategy orientation meetings for the field force
- Responding to scientific queries of field force
- Allocation & dispatch coordination of promotional inputs.
- Managing & conducting training programs for the field force

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Desirable: Graduation in Pharmacy/ Science + MBA/ M. Pharmacy
- Experience: 3-6 years in Product Management team in reputed Pharma Company
Required Skills:
Good analytical skills, interpretation, and communication skills, zeal to learn new things, good command over Microsoft Office, ready to relocate to Ahmedabad in the long run, looking forward to a long-term association with good adaptation & capability to cope up with new challenges.
