Job Description
Product Manager – Business Unit – Rare Diseases (PPH)
The position:
As an Associate Product Manager, you will Plan and execute a brand marketing plan and strategy – long and short team. Conduct competitor and market analysis, analyze affiliate expectations, evaluate market potential, and prepare medium-term marketing strategy and investment plans.
You will be responsible for –
- Set targets and allocate approved budget segment-wise, finalize annual brand plans, product mix, and product launch plans, plan for, and jointly lead review meetings, in order to ensure achievement of annual business plans pertaining to assigned therapy areas/ brands.
- Develop and align with key stakeholders on the strategy for the promotion of the product and design the promotional mix of the product.
- Conceptualization and design of communication campaigns and inputs for the field.
- Developing and nurturing key opinion leader pool. Planning and initiating activities like scientific meetings, Doctor programs, PMS, and patient education programs.
- Conducting fieldwork for insight into activity/strategy implementation. Field communication, feedback, and roll-out of strategy.
Qualifications:
- Post-Graduation – MBA with specialization in Marketing from Premier B School. Preferably a science graduate.
- Product marketing experience of 4-5 years in Gynaecology Therapy.
- High performer, Business and Industry understanding, Stakeholder management, competitive focus, Patient and science orientation.
- Good communication and negotiation skills and should be able to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
