Hetero is Hiring for multiple positions in BMT(Brand Management Team) as mentioned below

Positions:

Required B2B formulation experience in Asia Markets

1. BMT- Virology (All Markets) – Manager / Sr. Manager

2. BMT- Spectra (Philippines/Myanmar/Srilanka/Taiwan) – Dy.Manager/Manager

3. BMT- Spectra (Indonesia/Malaysia/Cambodia/Vietnam) – Manager / Sr. Manager

Role & Responsibilities:

• To oversee the development, Product launch, and overall Sales, Marketing, and Operations of SEA Markets
• Analyzing market trends, New Product & Plant registration, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop Brand strategies to succeed in SEA markets for Virology and Spectra Products.
• To drive revenue growth and market share by successfully launching and managing products in SEA markets.

Strategic Planning:-

• Brand Plan:- Formulating Brand Plan and Strategies for Biosimilar Products; SEA
• Marketing activities and Sales support:- Overseeing the development and execution of marketing plans and activities for SEA
• Product Launch: – Virology and Spectra Products to be launched by Q2 in SEA markets
• Supply and Distributor agreement:- Coordinating with the legal team for Preparing a draft copy of new distributor agreement for SEA markets
• Regulatory affairs: – Coordinating with the Regulatory team for Plant/ Product Registration. Submission of Product Dossier, Third party analysis report, and other Local FDA queries-SEA markets
• Scientific Promotional materials/gifts:-Conceptualizing, Developing, and Designing the scientific promotional material for Brand Promotion and Conferences Participation -SEA
• Tender Participation: – Coordinating and providing tender pricing details and other relevant documents for applying in gov. / private Hospital tender-
• Key opinion leader management: Plant visit and KOL engagement Program at conferences-SEA
• Product training: Educating new and existing medical representatives on product expertise so that they can promote and engage in scientific discussions with KOLs-SEA markets

Desired Profile:

Qualification: MBA/PGDM 

Experience: 9 to 14 YRS
