Business Development Manager – International Business at Ahmedabad (Nirma Group)

Market: Australia, CANADA, and New Zealand

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Should have more than 7+ Years of experience in International Business Development
  • Exposure to international promotional Business in Australia, New Zealand, and the CANADA Market is Must.
  • Experience in selling ethical product range in International Markets Australia, New Zealand, and CANADA Market.
  • Fluent in English communication
  • Passion to promote brands scientifically
  • Good analytical skills and good multitasking
  • Willing to travel abroad.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Candidates having knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and exports will be preferred.
  • The person will work and coordinate with the BD front-end team and or with Customers/distributors/partners directly for assigned territories in order to achieve the annual plan.
  • Coordination with internal departments for processing the received purchase orders. Internalization of purchase orders in the SAP system to create internal Sales Orders (SO), approval of SO from all internal departments, coordination and follow-up for production and dispatch.
  • Closely working with the regulatory team for all ongoing regulatory activities such as dossier dispatches, submissions, and approvals in all assigned regions.
  • Close coordination with various departments at the plant such as production, QA, F&D, etc. for ongoing work.
  • To do various data analyses for ongoing projects inside the organization and provide regular territory reports, monthly plans/reports, planners, etc. in a prescribed format to HOD.
  • Preparing and filling tender formats, and bid forms and collecting all necessary documents for tender participation in assigned regions.
  • Preparation of various approval notes, presentations, and formats for management review and approval.
  • Closely working with the export/dispatch department for monthly shipping container planning, sending timely export documentation, and air and sea freight calculation.
  • Closely working with the legal department for preparing commercial agreements, POAs, LOA, NDAs, etc.
  • Coordinating with accounts and finance department for managing expenses, invoices, and payments to vendors.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Working with the marketing team for preparing and sending marketing literature, visual aids, and promotional material to customers.
  • Working with the BD team in the annual planning of the sales budget, expense budget, and regulatory plan.
  • Front face in coordinating and facilitating plant audits from various regulatory agencies and customers.
  • Attending various online/offline training, video conferences, etc. as instructed by the organization.
  • Participating and representing the company in various trade shows, symposiums, conferences, etc. as and when instructed by the organization.
  • Coordinating with the training department for planning sales force and customer product training.
  • Meeting with customers visiting Head office.
  • Apart from the above, an organization can assign additional responsibilities, and special projects as per the experience, performance, and strength of the candidate.
