Job Description
Role & responsibilities:
- Forecast & achievement of objectives and ensure growth as per objective of the division.
- Volume Sales: region, area, territory.
- Achieve optimum market share/ leadership.
- Enhance productivity.
- Ensure the successful launch of a new product.
- Product promotions.
- Ensure core customer coverage by all Medical Representatives and Therapy Managers.
- Develop relationships with key customers and ensure effective service and satisfaction.
- Coordination with ZBM.
- Ensures to maintenance of NORMS AND STANDARD OF COMPANY POLICIES
- Regular joint work with Medical Representatives (Front line manager) and Therapy Managers (First line manager), during fieldwork assess their capabilities.
- Validate feedback which is collected by Medical Representatives (Front line manager) and Therapy Managers (First line manager).
- Correct and improve interpersonal relationships and contribute to team building.
- Development of Weak Territory.
- Identify the factors related to market, customer, competition, brand performance and contribution and build strategies and work for improvement of all identified factors.

- Min 1 year of experience as Second Line Manager
