Job Description
Plan and supervise pilot plant activities including the execution of pilot batches within the timeline and achieve safe and cost-effective products with smooth operations
Key Accountabilities
- Plan and supervise the end-to-end process for material generation and scale-up batches to ensure timely completion of the process
- Identify areas of improvement in the process used in pilot plant batches by applying engineering knowledge and experience to ensure operational safety, ease of operation, and cost-effectiveness
- Select appropriate pilot plant equipment for execution of pilot plant batches using DynoChem software, to ensure maximum utilization of equipment
- Maintain pilot plant equipment in safe operating condition to ensure continuous availability and hence the execution of batches within the timeline
- Execute pre-validation and validation batches in coordination with all cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transfer of the process and smooth commercialization

B.E (Chemical Engineering)
Relevant Work Experience
- 5-7 years of experience as an API Pilot Plant Chemical Engineer
