Assisting Key Business Agenda
- Design the sales training strategy in alignment with the sales plan for the year
- Design and rollout of the sales training calendar for the year
- Ensure low time to productivity of new joiners across the sales hierarchy through a robust induction process
- Design and delivery of development center process for all levels of sales hierarchy
- Ensure the front-line sales is well equipped to meet their productivity targets through need-based instructor-led training/performance coaching / on-the-job learning assignments.
- Partner with the technology team to ensure technology adoption and embedment with the sales team e.g. sales force application, distributor management system, etc.
- Evaluation and implementation and adoption of suitable learning management systems for the front-line sales
- Institutionalization and Implementation of best practices in sales development
- Development of skills of the business training managers and ensuring high engagement

- Hire, train, deploy and retain the members of the Sales training organization in accordance with the business requirements
- Empower and develop team members
