Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitor progress and compile reports in project status
- On site investigations of work executed and practical experience of reports analysis, DPRs, BOQ, tests conducted, understanding and planning of project based on drawings and survey plan
- Knowledge of construction material specifications and their quality testing
- Knowledge of site tests conducted on concrete, steel, and other construction material
- Knowledge of IS, NBCC, and other construction rules, regulations, and guidelines
- Experience in facing pharmaceutical audits and cGMP knowledge
- Knowledge of safety guidelines, safety work permits, safe construction practices, and relevant statutory laws
- Experience with factory interiors like clean room partitions, epoxy, PU flooring, and aesthetic exteriors Assessment of potential risks, hazards, materials, and costs
- Hands-on work experience in Auto Cad, MS projects and other relevant software
- Good Communication and Supervision skills and Handling of manpower and contractors
- Knowledge of material planning Estimates materials, equipment, and labor needed to determine project costs
Desired Candidate Profile:
B Tech in Civil with a minimum 12-13 years of work experience in construction projects and building maintenance, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.

- Experience: 10-15 years of pharmaceutical plant experience
