Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible to achieve primary and secondary sales targets for the assigned Headquarters
- Selling the company’s product to doctors, pharmacists, and other relevant healthcare professionals.
- Scheduling appointments with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to promote company medications
- To ensure timely execution of marketing inputs and strategies.
- Meeting Stockists/chemists and making the products available.
- To ensure timely updation of doctor and KOL list.
- To ensure timely liquidation of products to avoid expiry in the headquarters.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Pharmacy / Science graduate or postgraduate (MBA-marketing).
- Proficiency and fluency in English (read/write/speak).
- Business understanding – primary, secondary, top line, bottom line, product incentives, DCR, portal access, KOL, Dr. List, Stock statements, productivity, expiry.
- Presentation and negotiation skills, influencing skills.
Industry – Nutraceutical/Pharmaceutical.
Min – 1 to 5 years Experience in Sales (Experience in Nutrition Sales will be an added advantage)
Job Location – Pan India.
Qualification: B.Pharma, B.Sc Chemistry, MBA, PGDM
