Job Description
Job Purpose:
Manage sales and marketing activities including organizing, developing, and maintaining a department capable of achieving the company’s sales objectives in the different corporate accounts such as Hospitals, Clinics, Dispensing doctors, Pharmacies & Others, under the supervision of the National Sales Manager – Prescription.
Key Responsibilities:
- Devising strategic roadmap for corporate accounts and business.
- Develop and implement Strategic & Tactical plans for corporate accounts such as Hospitals, Clinics, Dispensing doctors, and Pharmacies & Other any corporate accounts.
- Generate revenue in all assigned corporate accounts as per objectives and in line with the short and long-term goals of the organization.
- Increase Cx and Rx product range visibility, availability, merchandising, and sales in all assigned corporate accounts through the effective implementation of marketing and tactical plans.
- Work closely with all corporate accounts, facilitate adoption of Cx and Rx range, and marketing plans & finalize terms of supply, agreement, and renewal in coordination with Sales, Marketing, Medical, Finance, Distribution, Supply Chain & other cross-function teams.
- Coordinate with Medical teams to finalize on the training Calendar for each corporate account.
- Work effectively across the entire organization and leverage all available organizational resources, including market access, finance, and business intelligence, medical, sales, and marketing.
- Work internally with marketing and Sales other teams to identify customer needs and develop appropriate approaches for business growth.
- Provide effective communication and prompt feedback to the marketing team on promotions and campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with appropriate SOPs and company policies and practices.
- Approve, prepare, review, monitor, and renew all marketing, sales, and supply agreements (Or any other mode as per SOP and pre-approval) for all corporate accounts as per company policy in coordination with all cross functions departments.
- Prepare and submit sample and promotional material utilization reports for corporate accounts as per company policy.
- Analyze competition product usage, and activities at accounts and monitor the same on a monthly basis.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Ability to establish proper sales and marketing strategy for corporate accounts such as Hospitals, Clinics, Dispensing doctors, and Pharmacies & Other corporate accounts.
- Ability to engage in B2B discussions and network extensively across levels and functions to help craft solutions based on an organization’s specific business needs.
- Ability to provide actionable solutions to stakeholders to drive value and consider financial drivers, market position, and other internal/external factors to guide account decisions.
- Aligns cross-functional teams on key customer needs, account objectives, and the resulting plan of interaction with the key accounts.
- Understanding of how products address hospital and clinical needs and be
- able to identify differentiating profiles between competing products.
Job Requirements:
- Education: B.Sc/B. Pharm/Bachelor’s in business management & MBA in Marketing
- Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of continuous experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing. Experience in handling Chain Hospitals, Corporate, and Govt Hospitals, Chain clinics/Dispensing doctors, and managing corporate accounts. Experience in Planning strategies for corporate accounts such as Hospitals, Clinics, Dispensing doctors, and Pharmacies & Other corporate accounts. Functional Knowledge of business operations in corporate accounts.
- Required pre-requisite skills/experience for this position: Proficiency with MS Office in an NT/Windows environment and familiar with sales tracking and reporting software.
