DGM – Corporate Branding – Female Candidates Preferred

Position Summary:

  • Position: DGM, Corporate Brand, Sun Pharma
  • Years of Experience: 8-10 Years
  • Grade: G8

The Position:

The individual would be responsible for planning & executing Sun Pharma’s corporate brand interventions. He/she will report directly to the Corporate Marketing Head, India Business. This is a new position & the candidate shall have the opportunity to setup his/her own team of managers.

Critical outcomes of this role:

  • Translate corporate brand strategy into marketing campaigns ~ ATL & BTL
  • Design, plan & execute brand interventions/campaigns related to Sun Pharma corporate brand
  • Coordinate with multiple agencies for creative development & media management
  • Liaise with CHC Digital marketing team to activate & implement digital plans for corporate brand
  • Liaise with CMI team to assess corporate brand’s equity across touch points & stakeholders
  • Work closely with Corporate Comms team to translate brand strategy into digital content
  • Develop annual corporate marketing plan with creative agency & take alignment of key decision makers
  • Develop new brand properties that help strengthen Sun Pharma’s corporate brand imagery
  • Identify opportunities for corporate branding within existing activations aimed at doctors & trade
  • Ensure compliance of corporate brand guidelines in all marketing & packaging material

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 4 years professional experience in managing corporate brands
  • Product marketing experience at FMCG companies will be a plus
  • Educational Qualification: MBA (Premier B-Schools)
  • Exposure to consumer communication development & ATL planning is a must
  • Experience of collaborating with external creative & media agencies
  • Execution excellence & coordination skills
  • Strong communication & influencing skills
