Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Key Accounts management of customers in India- Building strong relationships for business growth & Profitability.
  • Identifying the requirements of Customer and pitching in the available resources and Products to meet their need.
  • To Identify New markets, Customers, and product portfolios for enhancing the Business value and volume. v Generate business with existing clients by addition of new products.
  • Administering project which includes business development, project management & end to end operations till commercialization.
  • Tapping new business opportunities in the form of new launches and unique formulation.
  • Develop Strategic relationships with different organisations as a business associate.
  • Shouldering the responsibility of tracking the developmental activities of partners & offering products/solutions to meet therapeutic portfolio of business.
  • Identifying new opportunities for formulations.
  • Launching new products in coordination with the Research and project team.
  • Coordination with various depts like R&D, QA, QC, Plant RA, IP, Legal, finance to ensure completion of appropriate time-bound activities.
  • Actively participating in discussions of CDA, term sheets, supply agreements, QA agreements and SDEA.
  • Preparing customer wise sales history, budgets, sales planning and forecasting.
  • Conducting business analysis entailing study of the product in terms of sales, volumes, market size, buyer analysis, price analysis and insights on the leading suppliers.
  • Deciding on profit margins, monthly / quarterly forecast territory-wise. Preparing material forecast required from production of API & Pharmaceutical formulations.
