Digital Marketing Manager – Prescription & Aesthetics
Job Description:
Manage & scale up e-commerce activity, and revenue, improve accounts performance, execute digital strategies for increasing the product demand, and ensure continuous online growth of Galderma India products under the supervision of the Business Unit Head – Prescription & Consumer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrating knowledge and understanding of all traditional and non-traditional consumer marketing channels, including digital marketing social media, search engine optimization, marketing databases, display advertising, website, and advertising analytics tools.
- Defining the vision, strategy, and implementation of digital marketing solutions that enhance the customer & patient experience for the respective Business Unit.
- Collaborate with other marketing managers, and medical teams to identify and prioritize a portfolio of digital marketing & customer engagement programs that enable Galderma’s brand strategies.
- Understanding the macro shifts in how patients/prescribers access information via different digital channels in India, predicting rates of change and relating this back to the business, and aligning with global digital marketing initiatives.
- Responsible for and provide management oversight of all investments in BUs marketing technology and ensure optimization for efficiency and business impact and define and benchmark digital marketing processes and standards.
Skills & Attributes Required:
- Experience in multichannel/digital customer/HCP engagement over at least 5 years, with a proven success track record in the pharmaceutical industry (or as a service provider to the industry).
- Experience in the design and delivery of multichannel/digital tactics, including agency management.
- Operational experience in digital marketing programs and campaigns.
- Strong organizational skills and experience in managing multiple, concurrent projects are essential.
- Demonstrate ability to collaborate/partner with cross-functional teams /Vendor / Consultancy / Agency management.
Job Requirement:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Marketing or Business Management or similar and a master’s degree would be an added advantage.
- Work Experience: Minimum 4-6 years of continuous experience in Pharmaceutical Digital Marketing for Prescription & Aesthetics Business.
- Experience in working with platforms like Docplexus, Docree, THB, Lybrate, Health plex, and patient support programs. Good understanding of Pharma marketing, HCP engagement, business metrics, and driving over the business.
