- DBM will be responsible for achieving sales objectives in his district, and territory, keeping himself & Team compliant.
- Develop, coach, guide the team & give direction so that team can learn more & imbibe more competencies
- To influence the team toward a positive mindset & implementation of campaigns & marketing strategies to be on top of activities & performance
- He/she should be change agile & should exhibit leadership qualities to communicate the change effectively
- Liaising with CFA / stockiest/HO / conduct reviews & cycle meeting
- To analyze the data & get an insight into the business for SWOT analysis & make an action plan accordingly
