Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities of DM:
- To impart product knowledge, and company strategies to his team -as a coach.
- Identifying and adding potential customers, and markets, to keep the active customer list- as an investment counselor.
- To help in the achievement of the Target, and to make the BDE earn incentives MoM, As a mentor.
- To help in making the team to understand the company strategies, and to give feedback to his superiors & h.o
- To help the BDEs to do detailing in Dr’s chamber, and retailing at the retailers level – as a demonstrator and an example
- Should possess, the foreseeing capacity, to analyze the situation and act accordingly, if an HQ is not going to perform, he should capable of making up his target achievement from the other HQs of his area.
Qualification & Experience: Bsc, B pharm, Dpharm, B.A, BCOM- Min 1 year of experience as a DM, in a reputed company with a good track record
