Job Description
- Monitoring And Controlling Sales & Marketing Activities
- Training To The Field Staff
- Effectively Conceptualizing And Developing Product Positioning
- Primary and secondary sales ensuring consistency in sales Preparing deliverables and targets for all team members
- Driving team members to the achievement of targets in line with the activities, focus areas of the organization
- Sales Forecasting at monthly and quarterly levels Managing CFA Ensuring timely reporting through a team in company-prescribed formats
- Involvement in the competency-based recruitment process and coordination with ZSM, NSM GM, and HR for the same
