Job Description
Purpose:
Responsible for participation in the tender in the field of Marketing Services, Institution tender business and customer support. Handling Customer grievances, supporting sales & marketing team to retain existing customers while helping them to generate new business
Role & Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely submission of all online/offline government Institution tenders.
- Coordination with various internal and external teams (Sales Marketing, Finance, Regulatory Affairs, Production, QC, QA, Stores, Legal affairs, IT team, etc.)
- Co-ordination with stores and production team for execution of orders, release of stocks, and follow-up for final dispatch by monitoring end-to-end post and pre-documentation of institution stock dispatch as per SOPs.
- Follow-up for outstanding collection with IN stockiest in order to collect payment on time.
- Monitoring with production team for keeps track records of Annual production & Installed production capacity of respective products details and update the details in required tender Annexures.
- Arranging annual turnover statement, CA certified batch details CA certificate statement through co-ordination with Finance group as per tender requirement.
- Arranging tender fees and earnest money deposits for all the tenders in terms of BG, FDR, DD and online RTGS/NEFT transfer as per tender norms for participation of tender.
- Arranging performance security deposit and organizing agreement after winning tender & receiving of LOI (Letter of Intent & Rate Contract copy).
- To collect EMD/SD Refund by resolving auditors’ query on EMD reimbursement given to stockiest.
- Preparing stockiest authorization letters for IN supply stocks.
