Job Description
HR Generalist
Role Responsibility:
- Managing the end-to-end plant recruitment process from Job description creation, Job posting, Candidate evaluation, selection, Onboarding & Induction.
- Managing Plant- Employee database, Leave management, providing Payroll inputs in a timely manner with accuracy.
- Driving employee Training & Development calendar. Imparting Basic training himself.
- Devising employee Goals. Conducting periodical goals reviews and yearly goals assessments.
- Devising and implementing employee engagement calendar.
- Statutory Compliance & Govt. Liasoning work: Like Factory License, PF, Employment exchange, maintenance of registers, and submission of various returns as per the Factory Act.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Educational Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations
Experience: 6-10 Years
