Job Description
- Experience working with biologics products such as Recombinant therapeutics/ Biosimilar / Vaccines.
- Good understanding of Technology transfer and process scale-up.
- Well-versed with Downstream processes such as Chromatography, Tangential flow Filtration, Filtration, etc.
- Good knowledge and Hands on experience in the Operation of Chromatography systems such as Akta process, Akta pilot, and Tangential flow filtration system.
- Good Knowledge and experience in filtration like Depth filtration, Nominal filtration, and sterile filtration.
- Good knowledge and hands-on experience on CIP and SIP of mixing vessels, Autoclave, DHS operation
- Experience in GMP documentation for manufacturing and QMS systems like Change controls, Deviations etc.
- Planning and management of resources related to DSP equipment’s spares, maintenance, consumables, and other inventory.
- Ability to work towards deadlines and adhere to time schedules.
- Ability to work effectively to solve problems on the shop floor during manufacturing.
- To be open to working in shift operations.
