Job Description

Biological E Limited is hiring for its Vaccine R&D team.

Biological E is looking for a candidate with experience in mRNA/ Lipid-Nanoparticle/ Liposomes Formulation/ Analytical method development 3-8 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage formulation development activities for mRNA technologies with sound knowledge of analytical techniques thereof.
  • Design and development of experimental protocols regarding drug product process and analytical development independently.
  • Oversight of development/verification/qualification/ validation of methods to support in-process, release, characterization, and stability testing of mRNA and drug products.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on complex aseptic liquid and lyophilization applications
  • Hands-on experience with Nanoparticles, Lipid-based formulations, and microfluidic devices.
  • Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of various techniques to enable troubleshooting and problem-solving (e.g. DLS, HPLC, CE, Akta FPLC, ELISA, qPCR, Biochemical assays)
  • Knowledge and understanding of the current mRNA vaccine landscape.
  • Knowledge of current guidelines ICH, WHO, FDA, EMEA.
  • Good understanding of cGMP/GLP compliance requirements.

Qualification: M.Sc/ M.Tech (Lifesciences) | M.Pharma

Experience: 3-8 Years
