Job Description

Purpose of the Position

Responsible for promotional activities of Orthopaedic and Gynae Portfolio. Driving toplines and bottom lines towards desired profitability and Market Share. Responsible for New Brand Launches in sync with covered markets. Organizing Budget meetings, CSMs, and Clinical/Scientific Meetings with KOL and KBL Doctors.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Achievement of brand targets and desired profitability
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with KOL, KBL & Drs.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts, brand-wise forecasts
  • Perform research and identify new potential molecules and new market opportunities
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with the needs of key customers
  • To achieve primary and secondary sales targets and growth objectives.
  • Ensure execution of strategies, campaigns, and brand activities by the Field Force
  • Liaising with support functions like Sales Admin, HR, Distribution
  • Management of promotional budgets and costs
  • Inventory management and control
  • Control attrition and build a motivated and committed field force through a culture of achievement orientation, recognition, and reward
  • To work in tandem with the Sales team in driving combined targets and implementing campaigns and activities
  • Develop strategies and policies that reflect the organization’s goals.
  • Recommend changes in pricing/bonus structures in product lines
