Job Description
DGM / GM For Production (Penicillin & Cephalosporin) For Haridwar
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for manufacturing operations for Penicillin & Cephalosporin manufacturing as per cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines & to ensure that objectives are attained in a cost-effective manner.
- Responsible for executing production and ensuring the quality standards of all regulated markets.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, PPIC, Engineering, and Store regarding production schedule.
- Overall planning and scheduling.
- Monitor and control the overall cost of manufacturing, ensuring wastage is in control.
- Excellence in handling various Indian & Imported machines for Manufacturing, Filling, Packing, and Analysis.
- Review and close QMS documents like NCR, Deviation, Incident, Change control, Product recall, failure investigation report, self-inspection audit report, and process document.
- Exceptional in capitalist action, Change Orientation, and Conflict Management.
- Possess the aptitude for strategic thinking personal & team leadership, delegating, and coaching others team members.
- Highly conversant & implemented the Manufacturing Excellence work concepts.
- Expert in budgeting and properly handling the available resources to keep control of the Opex and Capex budgets.
