Job Description

Hospital Business Manager: Corporate Sales (Pharmaceutical Sales)

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify key contacts in Corporate accounts through effective customer profiling
  • Build quality relations and manage key stakeholders across key accounts, by interacting with decision-makers, influencing the formulary (Purchase, pharmacy, therapeutic committee, KOLs)
  • Customize the offering of portfolio and value-added services for key accounts, by leveraging Cipla’s capabilities across therapies & functions
  • Oversee smooth operations for servicing key accounts and ensure order fulfillment (incl. managing ASUs and depot processes), and facilitate compliance requirements with the commercial team.
  • Analyze business analytics to explore market trends and develop strategies to compete with competitors
  • Collaborations across therapy teams
  • Must participate in all Rate contracts and in negotiations to get max SOW
  • Drive the corporate hospitals business by creating KOL/KBL customer hold from the IP market and identifying the market dynamics.
