Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
On-boarding/Joining Formalities:
- Briefing of company policy
- Generating portico login
- Briefing about portico login and how to use portico
- Maintaining personal File
- Making new joiners aware of CAP and bifurcation of CAP in different heads
- Issuing Appointment letter
- Mediclaim form and record update
- PF and Gratuity nomination form
- Issuing of Punch card and ID Card
- Checking of all documents MRF, Offer letter , Interview assessment form Medical report
- Induction as per format
- Creating employee master in SAP
Leave & Attendance Management
Payroll Management of Site
- Overtime calculation for MS & NMS
- Calculation of shift allowance for NMS
- Reconciliation of LIC deduction
- Adding employee benefits is input ( Child Birth, Long service award and Marriage gift)
- New Joiner details for addition to payroll
- Deletion details for Stop payment
- Process of Advances and loans for MS &NMS
- To ensure deduction of statutory compliances (PT, PF, ESIC as per govt norms)
- Input for No of days of payment
- LOP list
- Checking the draft report of payroll and finalizing payroll
Full & Final Settlement
Medical Insurance
- Month addition, deletion, and correction of data to HO
- Helping MS &NMS for cashless facility
- Tracking of the claim of employee
- Helping NMS with the hospitalization process and intimation to medi-assit
- Coordinating with finances for disbursement of claim
PF/ESIC Compliance:-
- Coordinate with PF consultant for PF transfer cases, withdrawal cases, and advance against PF, Pension
- Submitting FORM 5 & 10 data for generating challan
- Make sure UAN and PF numbers are generated and displayed in the payslip.
- Submitting ESIC data for generating ESIC number
Training Management software (TMS)
- Making sure all SOPs are on the system
- Addition/deletion of the employee record
- Linking of activity to the employee for location
- Creating training batch in the system
SOPs Documentation and its implementation
- Maintaining training files for the department
- Periodic Revision of SOP
- Change control
Desired Candidate Profile:
- MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations
