Job Description
Role & responsibilities:
- To ensure the new joiner’s training
- To ensure the onboarding process of new joiners
- To handover to concerned department
- Ensuring recruitment for all the areas by advertising and sourcing of candidates from consultant, various job sites and references.
- Ensuring and monitoring recruitment as per SLA.
- Conducting interviews of junior level and coordination of interviews of senior level.
- Arranging required logistics and coordinating all the interviews.
- Assisting seniors in day-to-day HR activities.
- Overseeing the time-keeping activities.
- Daily scrutiny of allocation form and attendance register, SDP working.
- Coordination with corporate HR, and Finance for timely payment of all contract bills.
- Any other activities assigned by the immediate supervisor/HOD/In charge.
- Employees life cycle, Timekeeping activities, Data Management & MIS, Document Management, HR Operation, Absenteeism & Discipline Management.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Qualification: MBA/MSW.
Years Of Experience: 04 – 08 years
Experience / Exposure in:
- Must have knowledge and experience in regulatory audit
- Should have faced regulatory audits like USFDA, and MHRA.
