Job Description
- Managing Recruitments
- Liasioning with HR with Multiple Employee Engagement Activities like Birthdays, Festival Celebrations, Offsite Office Lunch, etc.
- Daily Downloading and Analysing Attendance data for all Employees and Highlighting Concerns
- Supervising all Employees whether they follow office Policies and Highlighting any Breach
- Highlighting any Concerns Raised/Mentioned by Employees to HR
- Any other task as may be assigned by management from time to time
