Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Administration of Hiring activities.
- Checking the profiles.
- Ensuring proper documentation of the profiles as per protocol.
- Conducting initiating Background Verifications / Reference checks.
- Generating Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, and Promotions Letters.
- Coordination for Pre-employment Medical checkups.
- Coordinating with other departments.
- Maintaining Database.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Having relevant experience in HR (at least 1 year)
- Desired: Degree in Human Resources
QUALIFICATION – MBA/PGDM HR
EXPERIENCE – 1 to 3 years
