Job Description for Executive/Sr. Executive for MENA Region ( Middle east):

  • Responsible for business development for the Middle East market for finished dosage forms.
  • To operate as a point of contact between BGPL (Bliss GVS Pharma Ltd) and client for business discussion/regulatory and resolution of queries pertaining to the business in the Middle east.
  • Identifies new business opportunities in the middle east by identifying new prospective clients and evaluating of business proposals.
  • To arrange regulatory inspections and approvals of the manufacturing facilities.
  • To ensure on-time dossier submission through potential partners and track the regulatory progress till final approval.
  • To analyze IMS sales data, gather competitive intelligence, suggest new products for development at R&D, and devise a business plan for in-market growth.
  • To prepare the annual sales budget plan and to ensure that the annual goals and targets are fulfilled.
  • To resolve bottlenecks & ongoing challenges ensuring the growth of the business.
  • Coordinate with internal departments/ stakeholders for the resolution of operational issues and timely response to client queries/ issues.
  • To ensure the smooth maintenance of the product supply chain, by keeping track of sales, production timelines, and shipment planning.
  • Strive to continuously expand knowledge, to ensure that the latest trends and best practices are adopted by the function.

Eligibility Criteria / desired candidate profile:

  • In-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical business of the Middle east
  • Demonstrated success in defining and launching products in the Middle east
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to form a good rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently to achieve the desired goals.
  • Keen to learn and take on additional responsibilities and grow in the career.
  • B.Sc, B.Pharm/M.Pharma & MBA.
  • Relevant experience in business development for the Middle east region.
