Job Description
- Manage own time, and professional development, prioritize work-flows and be accountable for own results
- Operate as per Standard Operating Procedures and Batch Records.
- Ensures equipment is operational when returned after maintenance, and the maintenance log is completed and accurate.
- Work effectively within a team with moderate supervision, at times working cross-functionally.
- Able to perform calculations for percent accountabilities, and reconciliation of numerical values.
- Monitor, evaluate, and adjust processes to maximize quality and efficiency.
Knowledge and skill:
Technical skills:
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical industries, machine cleaning operations,s and maintenance
- Understand workplace safety and related procedures (First aid)
- Basic Knowledge of Pharmaceutical industries and their standards
- Good communication skills
- Standards, Process, and Policies
- Basic understanding of cGMP, global quality standards, and Data Integrity
- Ability to understand and carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form
- Self-motivated and willing to learn new and changing responsibilities
- Ability to contribute to department success in a team environment and perform tasks at a productive level under demanding conditions

Qualifications
Must-Have
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience of related experience and/or training
- Math and reading skills required for Standard Operating Procedure, Good Manufacturing Practices {also cGMP} and Batch Record comprehension
- Ability to understand and carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form
- Self-motivated and willing to learn new and changing responsibilities
- Ability to contribute to department success in a team environment and perform tasks at a productive level under demanding conditions
