Job Description
- As a Key Account Executive within the Hospital Team of the OTX division, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key accounts in the hospital sector.
- Your primary objective will be to drive sales and increase market share for OTX products within designated hospital accounts.
- This role requires a strategic approach to account management, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of both the pharmaceutical industry and the hospital environment.
- They will be reporting to ZM’s.
- And will have 250 Doctors, and 100 retailers/Wards/IPD with whom they are required to meet and interact regularly.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven track record of success in pharmaceutical sales or key account management, preferably within the hospital sector.
- Strong understanding of hospital procurement processes, formulary management, and healthcare regulations.
- Should be experienced in Institutional/Hospital/Govt Accounts.
- Minimum experience of 2 years of sales and Account management.
- Responsible for development and managing relationships with Key accounts in Hospitals (Doctors/Purchase heads/ Pharmacy/influencers/paramedic)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and managing relationships with key hospital accounts.
- Identifying and Developing new Business opportunities.
- Negotiating Rate contracts with hospitals and Product entry.
- Developing and Implementing Strategy.
- Developing and maintaining Customer relationships.
- Analyzing Customer data and sales trends to improve productivity.
- Building various Strategies & initiatives into identified Accounts.
- Developing and implementing marketing Plans.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Meeting Monthly/Quarterly & Annual sales targets.
