Job Description
Job Purpose:
- Develop and implement a key account management capability, leveraging Cipla’s relationships and strengths across therapies, to prioritize, segment, and service key corporate hospitals
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital and Physical reach out to hospitals with the objective of increasing the share of wallets in the accounts
- Creation of a Digital database of hospitals, accurate digital coordinates of pharmacy staff and other purchase influencers
- Responsible for the timely relay of updated info on products, and services of Cipla through digital media
- Coordination with stockists to ensure timely supplies to the hospital based on accepted orders
- Sales tracking of Cipla to hospitals either directly or through promotion/increasing adoption of an App-based ordering system
- Monthly sales report, compilation, and analysis
- Coordination with CFTs on a monthly basis for discussion on developing account sales/marketing plans and analysis of sales data
- Monitoring supply efficiency and hygiene to the account
Educational qualifications: B.Sc./B. Pharma only
Relevant experience:
- Min. 4-10 years of experience (in Sales/ Marketing/ Project management/ handling external relations)
- Hospitals business: Understanding needs and operations of various types of hospitals
- Analytics and customer management: Segmenting and prioritizing key accounts along with various parameters, to plan Cipla’s portfolio and offering over a long term
- Stakeholder management: Mapping key stakeholders, developing relationships at the right level, and engaging them to position Cipla’s capabilities/ offering
- Negotiations and financial management: Negotiate MoU/ price agreements to optimize Cipla’s offering across therapies
- Communication and Influencing skills: Leveraging Cipla relations across leadership and therapies to maintain regular personal connections with key touchpoints and ensure ongoing fulfillment of their needs
