Role Overview:

As a Key Account Manager, you will play a key role in the establishing an innovative venture focused on providing an Integrated Condition Management Solution for Patients with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). We are seeking dynamic and experienced professionals with a proven track record in scientific selling, particularly in the field of Gastroenterology therapy.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Skills We are Looking for:

  • Passion and drive for consultative selling.
  • Someone who can challenge conventional thinking. Someone who’s willing to roll up their sleeves and drive results. Someone who is willing to walk the extra mile to help patients.
  • Experience with Patient Support Programs and service exposure/patient-facing exposure will be an additional qualification.
  • Proficiency in communication & scientific selling
  • Sales experience involving medical conditions or special populations.

Responsibilities:

Sales Target Achievement:
1. Positively influence customers’ prescribing behavior to achieve sales targets.
2. Develop the designated territory to maximize sales volume and market share.
Consultative Selling:
1. Demonstrate a passion and drive for consultative selling to healthcare professionals (HCPs).
2. Utilize scientific knowledge to engage in meaningful discussions with HCPs.
Communication Skills:
1. Proficient communication skills to effectively convey complex scientific information.
2. Ability to build strong customer relationships.
Collaboration and Engagement:
1. Work closely with the Regional medical team and Counsellors.
2. Conduct in-clinic and out-clinic engagements to build knowledge and capabilities of HCPs.
Stakeholder Relationships:
1. Collaborate to ensure conversions for the uptake of IBS Solution.
2. Build robust stakeholder relationships at the local level.

Position Summary:
