Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop LCMS-compatible HPLC method.
  • Perform mass identification of unknown peaks of drug substance & drug product.
  • Perform MS-2 of parent ion of an unknown peak.
  • Develop LCMS method for qualification & quantification of Potential Genotoxic impurities (PGIs)
    which are not feasible by HPLC.
  • Perform qualification & quantification of Nitrosamine impurities by LCMS.
  • Perform LCMS method validation of PGIs and Nitrosamine impurities for regulatory submission.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification: MS/M.Sc Chemistry
