Job Description

Position Purpose:

Engage with Relevant Business and Other stakeholders to Prepare Radiology India Budgets, and Forecasts and ensure reporting the actuals in line with Reporting and Planning Cycle. Support the Country Head of Radiology in the Financial Steering process to achieve Annual Business Plans of Radiology for Sales, Pricing, and Profitability.

  • Support regional controlling team for Budget and FC. Ensure Budget/FC submissions are within the timelines.
  • Drafting Advance tax estimates, and cash-flow statements and monitoring Profit Allocations by suppliers for deciding the Transfer prices of imported products, Commenting on monthly COGS variances.
  • Maintaining pricing, ensuring provision at the month’s end, and monitoring MIS related to discounts, schemes, and price checks are completed every month as per risk management directives.
  • Ensuring local P/L is in line with global practices with respect to Sales, COGS, and expenses.
  • Monitor all commercial/credit policies as per risk and audit directives.
  • Closure of all the audit-related activities to the local accounting/tax/risk/internal audit team.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Drive change in the current business model for a solution approach, OEM, and distributor management
  • Lead business discussions with local SCM, O2C, and demand planning colleagues
  • Ensure that all marketing plans and activities within Radiology are compliant with both legal requirements in all Sub-Region countries as well as Bayer Corporate guidelines
  • Span of control: 1 direct report and 4 indirect reportees (including 2 external)
  • Support local team in implementing Radiology strategies and action plans including collaboration with local marketing
  • Liaise and co-ordinate OEMs for getting insights into the market of CT, MR, and Cath
  • Work with in-licensing partners for pricing, profitability, and forecast
  • Provide support to develop and implement a plan to track and monitor the performance of engineers & sales team to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Provide support to the India Commercial Operations team in the implementation of growth plans and leveraging of growth opportunities with effective strategies and plans to ensure sales and profit targets are achieved

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Graduate with Business Management background (Preferable)
  • 7-8 years of experience in the platform support function
  • Knowledge of projects related to SAP (preferable)
  • Business Insight of Pharma or devices business
  • Good communication skills

  • Expert in MS office
