Job Description

Process Incharge / Senior Process Incharge – Learning & Development

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Taking care of Induction Training for new joiners like product training.
  • Facilitating basic product training program (Step-Up) for employees completing 90 Days (keeping track of DOJ & TAT for Step-UP).
  • Taking care of regional training interventions & specific product refresher training sessions.
  • Publishing Monthly Training Calendar for division allotted in consensus with Sales Head and executing the same.
  • Conduct OJT/OJC (Field Work) with assigned FLMs at their respective HQs (or Ex-HQs).
  • Responsible for e-Learning Programs for Field Force for timely completion of the courses.
  • Responsible for maintaining training MIS & publishing reports as per the requirement.
  • Collaborate with PMT (Product Marketing Team) for refresher training, and detailing evaluation.
  • Formulate & revise SOPs for different training processes & revise them timely.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Should have pursued a bachelor’s and/or Master’s in Pharmacy
  • Proficient in taking pharma product training
  • Should have a good understanding of Pharmaceutical Sales & Marketing
  • Initial experience in Pharma Sales would be an added advantage
  • Should have experience in on the Job Field Coaching
  • Should have good presentation and communication skills
  • Should have taken product technical sessions till Division head/Middle management level

Qualification: B.Pharma, B.Sc, MBA/PGDM, M.Pharma

Experience: 4 – 9 years
