Job Description
Process Incharge / Senior Process Incharge – Learning & Development
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Taking care of Induction Training for new joiners like product training.
- Facilitating basic product training program (Step-Up) for employees completing 90 Days (keeping track of DOJ & TAT for Step-UP).
- Taking care of regional training interventions & specific product refresher training sessions.
- Publishing Monthly Training Calendar for division allotted in consensus with Sales Head and executing the same.
- Conduct OJT/OJC (Field Work) with assigned FLMs at their respective HQs (or Ex-HQs).
- Responsible for e-Learning Programs for Field Force for timely completion of the courses.
- Responsible for maintaining training MIS & publishing reports as per the requirement.
- Collaborate with PMT (Product Marketing Team) for refresher training, and detailing evaluation.
- Formulate & revise SOPs for different training processes & revise them timely.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Should have pursued a bachelor’s and/or Master’s in Pharmacy
- Proficient in taking pharma product training
- Should have a good understanding of Pharmaceutical Sales & Marketing
- Initial experience in Pharma Sales would be an added advantage
- Should have experience in on the Job Field Coaching
- Should have good presentation and communication skills
- Should have taken product technical sessions till Division head/Middle management level
Qualification: B.Pharma, B.Sc, MBA/PGDM, M.Pharma
Experience: 4 – 9 years
