Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Responsible for preparation and review of standard operating procedures for the engineering department.
2. Responsible for implementation of departmental standard operating procedure.
3. Responsible to report quality management system documents like change control proposal deviation and incident reports.
4. Responsible to perform preventive maintenance of all machines in the facility.
5. Responsible for mechanical-related problems of all machinery in the facility.
6. Responsible for all machine’s HMI and PLC-related issues.
7. Responsible to make the management aware of any deviation/noncompliance or any other quality-related issue.
8. Responsible to maintain the cGMP environment.
9. Responsible to update and maintain online documentation.
10. Responsible for audit preparation, execution, and compliance ( internal and as well as external audit)
11. Responsible for training workers, operators,s and staff on their respective job.
12. Responsible for preventive maintenance planner and execution activity.
13. Responsible to raise proper indent and follow up with HO for the requirement of any spares as per the indent raise.
14. Responsible for execution of validation/qualification activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Should be Sound Knowledge of Maintenance Activity
• Familiar with Pharma machinery
• Sound Knowledge of SOP and cGMP
• Have Experience in Validation and Qualification activities

Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in Production/Industrial, Instrumentation, Mechanical
