Job Description
Position: Assistant Manager/Manager (Medical Services)
Reporting to: Head Medical Services
Location: Mumbai (Kurla)
Role Purpose: –
- To assist the Head – of Medico Marketing in all initiatives for all business and, Experienced in providing training for sales and marketing teams,
- Medical queries resolution & Scientific presentations for KOL as per requirements,
- New Product evaluation feedback to CFTs, Clinical engagement program for KOLs,
- Clinical trial support as per requirement,
- Conducting CMEs and other meetings, participating in the congresses, etc.,
- Data publication
- Medical writing.

Key Deliverables of the Job:
Responsible for collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to define, develop and execute marketing strategies for specified product segments to help in marketing.
- Provide training for the sales and marketing teams.
- Exploring scientific data and supporting the marketing team to develop different advertising literature like Visual Aids, articles, etc.
- Medical queries resolution & Scientific presentations for KOL as per requirements.
- New Product evaluation feedback to CFTs.
- Clinical engagement program for KOLs.
- Clinical trial support – knowledge of clinical research which includes site evaluation, initiation for
clinical observational studies planned in the year, registries, approvals, data analytics, etc., - Medico-Marketing – conducting CMEs and other meetings, participating in congresses, etc.,
- Preparation of training guide, and training slides for medical representatives.
- Post-marketing surveillance studies, data publication and medical write up, etc.,
- Working in collaboration with the Sales & Marketing team to define product attributes, go-to-market strategy, product positioning, key benefits, and target customers.
- Continuously update medical/ product knowledge of field force and training of recruits in the region in coordination with the training team.

Education and experience:
• M. Pharm / BDS / MDS / MBBS / MD Pharmacology
• Min 2-5 years experience in the pharmaceutical company
• Experience in medico marketing essential
