Job Description

Manager Formulation Development  – Vaccines/Biologics

  • To develop formulations of vaccines and other products as assigned by the organization.
  • To characterize the vaccine formulations developed in the dept.
  • To manage and develop the team members.
  • Develop new vaccines, and live and non-live vaccine formulations.
  • Develop/improve lyophilization cycles for vaccines and other formulations.
  • Characterize the vaccine formulations and their stability.
  • Transfer the formulation technology to the Production department for scale-up and commercialization.
  • Technical write-up, preparation of BPR, study protocols, SOPs, etc., as per requirement.
  • Preparation of reports for executed experiments/studies.
  • Verification and approval of LNBs.
  • Investigations pertaining to formulated products as per requirement.
  • Responsible for lab management.
