Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Managing the entire talent acquisition life cycle spanning from sourcing of candidates to selection, offer and onboarding process.
  • Applying creative candidate sourcing techniques and channels to generate talent pipelines including networking, headhunting and social media. Using job portals and their associated resume database, Boolean Search and Web Sourcing skills. Organizing and conducting Campus Hiring.
  • Establish a strong rapport with stakeholders to understand their strategic staffing needs and fill vacancies in a timely manner. Ensure a clear mutual understanding of staffing priorities.
  • Analytics: Responsible for Management Reports, Monthly, Quarterly, and Annually.
  • To guide the development of programs and initiatives for employer brand building. Project lead for the successful certification of Great Place to Work.
  • Introduce initiatives of Internal Job Posting, “Employee Referral Program”, “Bring a Buddy”, “Management Trainee Program”, “Summer Internship Program”, etc.

Required Candidate profile

  • Candidate should have 8+ years of experience in end-to-end TA life cycle.
  • Should have worked on leadership and senior-level hiring across functions.
  • Should have done MBA with a specialization in HR.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Good command of the English language.

Qualification: Graduation
