Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Experience in designing pharmaceutical Complex Injectable Process skid.
- Understanding of Process Flow diagram, P&ID for Pharmaceutical Injectable / Parenteral Pharmaceutical Drug Manufacturing
- Develop & Navigate PFD Development with inputs received from the Drug Development Group
- Understanding of mass Balance and process chronogram
- Optimize overall Process equipment and utilities requirement
- Knowledge of ISP, ASME BPE, and IPA standards required in Injectable / Parenteral Aseptic Area / Manufacturing Skid
- Experience in Design, Development, Fabrication, FAT, Commissioning, and Qualification/validation of Manufacturing Skid
- Understanding of GMP documentation (URS, cGXP, DQ, RA, IQ, OQ, PQ) preparation & Execution
- Understanding of Design to Execution for Clean Utilities Such As Purified Water, WFI, Pure steam, Clean Air, Nitrogen
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Anchor with activity as Project Manager during Execution
Desired Candidate Profile
- Discipline BE -Chemical Engineering /M. Pharm with 15 years’ experience in the Pharmaceutical / Bio-Pharmaceutical industry / Reputed Process Engineering Consultant / Reputed Manufacturing Skid Supplier – Preference would be given to mixed Experience
