Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and managing the quality assurance operations of the company, specifically related to injectable products.
• Ensuring that all injectable products manufactured comply with regulatory requirements and standards.
• Developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance policies and procedures for injectable products.
• Conducting internal audits and inspections to verify compliance with quality assurance standards for injectable products.
• Overseeing the testing and release of raw materials, intermediates, and finished injectable products.
• Providing technical guidance and support to the quality assurance team.
• Collaborating with other departments, such as research and development, production, and regulatory affairs, to ensure quality assurance standards for injectable products are met.
• Investigating and resolving quality assurance issues related to injectable products and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Maintaining records and documentation to meet regulatory requirements for injectable products.
• Keeping abreast of current industry trends and regulatory developments related to injectable products and implementing changes as necessary.
• Participating in regulatory inspections and assessments related to injectable products.

Desired Candidate Profile

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field such as pharmacy, chemistry, or biology.
• A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in quality assurance in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on injectable products.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to injectable products.
• Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to manage a team and delegate responsibilities effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle complex issues and implement corrective actions.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
