Manager/ Sr Manager/ AGM – mRNA Vaccine (R&D)

• Operation, Maintenance, and Troubleshooting of Ampoule, Tunnel, Filling/Vail, Autoclave & packing equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience and knowledge of chemical and molecular biology analytical techniques for mRNA vaccines, like in vitro and in vivo experiments.
• Understanding of mRNA downstream purification and in-process analytics.
• Understanding of lipid chemistry (structure and function) and LNPs analysis.
• Hands-on experience with the development of analytical methods and stability for mRNA, proteins, polysaccharides, viruses and virus-like particles, etc.
• Familiarity with advanced analytical techniques and technologies applied for mRNA vaccine analysis and characterization.
• Hands-on experience with chromatographic (SEC, IEX, and RP) analysis and generation of reports including knowledge of method validation is desirable.
• Understanding basic spectroscopy and chromatography techniques.
• Good verbal and written communication skills including collecting, analyzing, and organizing scientific data, and writing SOPs, qualification, and validation reports.
• Ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team environment – a team player.
• Other instruments related to in-process and Finished product analysis.

Candidate skill set required:

• The candidate needs to be a self-motivated individual with skills in the mRNA process and analytics.
• Should be able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Adequate technical background in Life sciences and Vaccines with good presentation skills to manage product development and analytical method development and validation for Vaccines and Biologics.
• The individual should be a team player and should be willing to work with cross-functional teams like QC, QA, etc.

Educational Qualification/ Experience:

Masters/Ph.D in Life sciences or Biotechnology or a related field with 3-9 years of experience, or a Master’s degree with a minimum of 10-12 years of industry experience is required, or the equivalent training/experience required.
