Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Define and publish MIS dashboards to review the sales and marketing performance of the organization
- Create and manage MIS reports to be shared with different stakeholders in the organization
- Provide support to the marketing team in conducting quantitative analysis of data in enabling business decisions
- Being the custodian of the various secondary market research data, provide regular inputs to the marketing team on the market trends and product performance
- Support in strategic planning and brand plan exercises by conducting competitor analysis, portfolio analysis, pricing analysis, profitability analysis, etc.
- Set up metrics and measure ROI for promotional campaigns
- Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-2 years of experience
- Experience working with complex data sets and creating insights
- Experience in analyzing Pharma market data would be preferred
- Experience in marketing analytics
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Experience with data visualization (PowerBI/Tableau) would be an advantage
