Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to Defining the marketing excellence roadmap for the division and program managing the implementation for BEs DBF division.

KRA & Expected Outcomes

This role comes with the following Goals and Deliverables:
  • Define a marketing excellence roadmap for the division and program to manage the implementation
  • Support the organization in articulating the long-term growth strategy
  • Program manage the implementation of key sales and marketing initiatives including the formation of divisions, geographic expansion, product launches, etc.
  • Support the marketing team in areas related to market strategy, product portfolio analysis, financial modeling, organization performance management, and balanced scorecard
  • Co-ordinate with cross-functional teams and program manage key strategic initiatives

Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:

  • MBA from top B-Schools
  • Experience in Marketing strategy, Management consulting, Corporate strategy, etc. in Pharma Industry
  • The ideal candidate should have abilities in business acumen; strategy formulation and P&L understanding; data comprehension & inference development; project management & team working.
  • Experience in driving marketing excellence in a pharma organization, program managing strategic initiatives, digital marketing, etc.
  • Proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail Adaptability/comfort in coordination/interaction with internal and external customers.
