Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare marketing strategy for the assigned group of products
- Develop a strategic business plan for the group of products in collaboration with the marketing & sales department
- Ensure that the operational marketing plan is in line with an overall marketing plan and prioritize to achieve the sales targets
- Prepare marketing collaterals for the branding of the new product & prepare a plan, budget and
- executing the launch of the products in coordination with the internal team, sales team, and marketing team.
- Identify target audiences, plan marketing activities to achieve volume estimations, review products and execute promotions to ensure product movements.
- Liaise closely with field force to access the response to and suitability of current promotional material
- Carry out field visits to ensure the implementation of the marketing strategy
- Evaluate customer feedback and need-gap analysis for the product improvement
- Analysis, review, and study of competitor intelligence reports/findings and industry trends
- Provide overall directions to develop new markets and strengthen the existing ones in coordination with a sales team
- Monitor sales trends and product movement analysis
- Analyze business potential, and support the conceptualization and execution of strategies to drive sales, monitor competitor activities, and devise effective countermeasures.
- Achievement of objectives (sales target, market share,…) for the group of products
- Manage Product group image & reputation, ensure maximum brand visibility, and capture optimum market share
- Ensuring successful participation in national and international tradeshows, exhibitions & organizing events like CMEs, seminars, etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience: 15 + Years in Pharma Product Management in Superspeciality
- Qualification: B.Pharma/ B.Sc. + MBA
