Job Description
Role Overview:
You will be responsible for strategizing and executing an elevated customer and brand experience by leading the brand building, managing marketing communications, and marketing technology, including social media, digital, and offline marketing channels. In addition, the role would involve overseeing the planning, development, and execution of the organization’s marketing & brand strategy and advertising initiatives. Reporting directly to the BU Head, you will work towards establishing Cetaphil as the leading skincare brand in India & globally and supporting revenue generation by aiding sales through varied marketing initiatives. It involves ownership of growth strategies and the customer experience across all brand touchpoints.
Job Requirement:
- Work Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in Marketing of the FMCG industry (dermatology /beauty experience is an asset)
- Education: Master’s Degree in Marketing with renowned institutions.
Roles & Responsibilities
As Head of Marketing, you will own the brand & play a pivotal role in brand positioning, incrementing the brand value and aiding the market demand. The following will be your responsibilities:
- To lead the long-term planning (LRP) for the CX portfolio.
- Develop and deliver the ABP of Cx business and drive the ideation and implementation of marketing plans for all platforms.
- define the brand-growth model for the next 3 years of core business & NPD pipeline.
- Leading & Managing PR/advertising agencies.
- In collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Setting up marketing technologies to monitor the campaign’s effectiveness and CAC.
