Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• To visit medical professionals and promote company products as per the company strategy by generating prescriptions.
• To visit chemists and Stockists and ensure the availability of the products.
• To achieve the monthly targets consistently
• To report regularly about their fieldwork through infinity
• Respond and give timely feedback about their work to superiors.
• To create awareness about the company products by conducting CMEs, CRMs, Product promotion campaigns, etc., and ensure return on investments.
• To do ethical work and maintain the positive image and integrity of the company.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Age – Less than 28 yrs

Education Qualification

Essential: Graduate / Diploma in Pharmacy;

Desired: B.Sc. / B. Pharmacy

Language Requirements – English both vocal and written & vernacular

Minimum Relevant Experience Required 5-6 yrs of pharma selling experience including 1-2 years as a First Line Manager

Travel Requirements As per the coverage of the customers in the entire region.

Job Competencies and Skills –

• Scientific Knowledge of the company’s product with USPs, Product mix, etc.,
• Knowledge of the competitor’s products mix, brands, etc.,
• In clinic performance and selling effectiveness, customer relationship establishment, and maintenance for the furtherance of business, computer skills, and knowledge, territory knowledge.

Vacant Locations: Valsad, Bhavnagar, Mehsana, Jamnagar, Junagadh, Ahmedabad, Rajkot, Surat, Vadodara

Fixed Salary increase of 12000 PA post confirmation

Travel Allowance: Approx. 10-11K Per Month
