Job Description

National Sales Manager based in Mumbai for the New Critical Care Division of Aculife (Nirma Group)

We are looking for a dynamic and proven National Sales Manager who is ready to take the next step and lead our highly motivated sales team in order to achieve set sales goals, targets, and revenue.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • The NSM is accountable for the successful Sales & Marketing of PAN India.
  • Achievement of primary and secondary sales targets and growth objectives
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies across India.
  • Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales function.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.
  • Keep abreast of new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Reporting To: Cluster Head – Sales & Marketing
  • Geographic Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
  • Qualification & Exposure: B.Sc. or B. Pharm, 15+ yrs experience and a proven track record in sales with a stint as NSM (ideally) and/or as Sales Manager covering at least two zones, Exposure to working with Acute Therapy division from reputed pharma companies.
