Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supervised loading of the trucks/containers.
• Dispensing and receipt of materials.
• Posting of transactions in the system for receipt and issuances.
• Preparation of Transit documents, and dispatch invoice generation.
• Preparation of export documentation.
• To follow GMP in the warehouse.
• Arrangement of material as per status and warehouse location management.
• To feel all warehouse records and online entries in the log book.
• To report environmental deviation/incidents.
• To follow GMP in the warehouse & maintain GMP records.
• To maintain system procedures including those for emergency response.
• To do the identification of environmental aspects & safety hazards, determine significance, establish environmental objects and targets, and create EMP and safety management program for the warehouse section.
• Checking and Receipt of Finished goods from the packing department into the warehouse.
• Follow all the safety and environmental rules as per legal resister and system and procedures as per EnMS, OHSMS such as work permits, OCP, work instructions, etc.
• Understand, train, implement, and follow the OCP for preventing, reducing, or eliminating the significant aspect and risks in respective areas.
• Report immediately on non-conformance, and incidents and document the same.
• Implement and follow objective, target, and management program.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Candidates from pharmaceutical backgrounds will be preferred.

Work Location: Ranjangaon, Pune

Qualification: B.Pharma, MS/M.Sc(Science)
